SPL Parts 2021+ BMW G8X(Except M2) Caster Bushings (Adjustable) is a chassis-specific suspension upgrade engineered for drivers who want more precise geometry control from 2021+ BMW G8X(Except M2). This front longitudinal link is designed to reduce bushing deflection and, where the application allows, provide additional caster or wheel-position adjustment. Controlling the fore-aft location of the upright improves how consistently the front suspension maintains geometry under braking and cornering load. Additional caster can increase dynamic negative camber as steering angle builds, improving outside-front tire support and steering feel while a lower-compliance pivot sharpens brake response and initial turn-in.
Why it matters: On this application, the goal is to keep the tire and upright closer to the intended alignment as loads rise, giving the driver a more repeatable platform for braking, turn-in, mid-corner balance, and power application. It is particularly useful when ride height, wheel/tire package, or track alignment targets require more geometry control than the OE arm can provide.
After installation, recheck fastener torque and alignment after the initial heat cycles or track use so the setup remains repeatable.
