A properly engineered catch-can system intercepts oil mist, fuel vapor and moisture carried through the crankcase ventilation circuit before those contaminants are routed back into the induction system. Radium' current Fluid Lock catch-can architecture uses sealed aluminum construction, internal oil separation and an integrated service/check strategy.
