Description
The Radium Engineering Catch Can Kit for Civic Type R FK8/FL5 & Integra Type S DE5 is intended for performance builds that demand a more deliberate approach than simply adapting the factory hardware. It gives the installer a Radium-specific foundation for the listed application.
Why This Upgrade Matters
A properly engineered catch-can system intercepts oil mist, fuel vapor and moisture carried through the crankcase ventilation circuit before those contaminants are routed back into the induction system. That matters even more on cars that see sustained RPM, boost, long track sessions or frequent high-load operation.
Product-Specific Details
Radium Engineering' vehicle-specific Fluid Lock® catch can system is designed for the 2017–2021 Honda Civic Type R (FK8) , 2023+ Honda Civic Type R (FL5, LHD only) , and 2024+ Acura Integra Type S (DE5, LHD only) . The system intercepts crankcase oil and moisture before those contaminants are routed back through the intake tract. CCV: Installs in the crankcase vent circuit and helps reduce contamination entering the turbo inlet and charge-air system. Dual: Combines both PCV and CCV systems for the most complete crankcase-vapor management.

Technical Notes
Radium' current Fluid Lock catch-can architecture uses sealed aluminum construction, internal oil separation and an integrated service/check strategy. Because crankcase layouts vary by engine, the correct PCV, CCV or dual arrangement should be chosen for the specific ventilation path rather than by price alone.

Enthusiast Notes
For an enthusiast car that sees canyon runs, HPDE or forced induction, this is primarily an engine-cleanliness and consistency modification. Service the can regularly and use the collected fluid as another data point when monitoring engine condition.
Before Ordering
Confirm model year, engine, left-/right-hand-drive requirements where applicable, and whether the selected configuration is PCV, CCV or Dual. Review hose routing around aftermarket intake, supercharger or turbo hardware before ordering.
