The Radium Engineering 1998–2005 Mazda MX-5 Catch Can Add-on (CCV) is engineered as a purpose-built solution for enthusiasts who want the surrounding system to be easier to package, service and trust under hard use.
Why This Upgrade Matters
A properly engineered catch-can system intercepts oil mist, fuel vapor and moisture carried through the crankcase ventilation circuit before those contaminants are routed back into the induction system. That matters even more on cars that see sustained RPM, boost, long track sessions or frequent high-load operation.

Technical Notes
Radium' current Fluid Lock catch-can architecture uses sealed aluminum construction, internal oil separation and an integrated service/check strategy. Because crankcase layouts vary by engine, the correct PCV, CCV or dual arrangement should be chosen for the specific ventilation path rather than by price alone.
