Description
KW V2 targets owners of the 1996–2002 Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W210 | AWD) who want a suspension package selected around the vehicle application rather than a generic spring-and-damper combination.
KW V2 adds low-speed rebound adjustment to the core KW street coilover concept. KW's current V2 technology uses a 16-click rebound adjuster, allowing the driver to influence how firmly the chassis is supported as the suspension extends after a compression event. The application-specific calibration is intended to give the chassis a more deliberate response than a one-size-fits-all suspension combination.
Why Choose the KW V2 for This Application?
Choose the V2 when ride height alone is not enough and you want direct control over rebound. Rebound tuning can be used to influence how quickly the chassis settles after compression and how firmly the body is tied down through transitions.
Key Features

Enthusiast Setup Perspective
This setup makes the most sense when the suspension is being treated as part of a complete package. Final ride height, alignment, tire choice and available bump travel should be considered together rather than setting the car as low as possible. For a road-driven car, preserving usable bump travel and sensible alignment is usually more important than using the full available lowering range.
Important KW Fitment Notes
- KW Note 0: Front and rear height-adjustable (front and rear springs with height adjustment + shock absorbers)
- KW Note 8: Not for vehicles with automatic self leveling control
- KW Note 64: At lowering of more than 40 mm an increased tire wear is possible. We recommend to use the camber adjustment set for the front axle (Mercedes article no. 210 330 00 18)
- KW Note 82: Production on demand. Please ask for delivery time.
Fitment note: Specifications above are tied to the exact KW part number shown and the application data in the supplied KW jobber sheet. Confirm the vehicle's drivetrain, factory electronic suspension, axle weight and any listed hardware requirements before ordering.
