Note: Return Kit Plus is a recirculating Blow Off Valve.
Installation requires modification of genuine parts: Harness bracket, cowl top cover, hood ridge cover, air cleaner, right bank engine front cover bracket.
The HKS SUPER SQV (Sequential Blow-Off Valve) employs a unique two-stage sequential valve structure using primary and secondary valves. It features a differential pressure control system that delicately manages pressure across a wide operating range from low to high boost. Unlike typical blow-off valves, its "relief-less operation system" suppresses relief at high boost, maximizing charge response during repeated boost and release cycles with throttle ON/OFF.
Features
- Blow-off valves are placed on both banks of the VR30DDTT engine, quickly releasing unnecessary boost pressure from each turbocharger, reducing their load (when the throttle is off).
- Hoses between the turbocharger and intercooler are replaced with dedicated 4-ply silicone hoses for the SQV4, strengthening the hose section.
- All parts except the SQV4 main body are in black to highlight the SQV4.
- The return hose uses a dedicated molded silicone hose, fitting snugly in the engine bay.
