H&R 24mm Adjustable (2 Hole) Rear Sway Bar is designed for 2007-2008 Audi RS4 (AWD) 4.2 FSI Quattro to increase resistance to body roll during cornering.
The sway bar works with the existing suspension to influence lateral load transfer and handling balance. It changes roll stiffness without serving as a ride-height adjustment.
