Description
This Ground Control rear upper shock mounts addresses the connection between the damper and chassis on BMW 5 Series s, an area that becomes increasingly important as the suspension is upgraded or used more aggressively.
The mount complements damper upgrades by addressing the point where shock motion is transferred into the BMW 5 Series s chassis. That makes it especially appropriate during a suspension refresh, coilover installation, or track-preparation project. For an older or frequently tracked chassis, refreshing the damper mounting point at the same time as the shock can also remove a worn interface from the suspension equation.
