Unlike a cosmetic lowering spring alone, the Ground Control approach for Acura/Honda 1996-1999 CL / 1996-1998 2.5L TL / 1992-1994 Vigor / 1989-1995 Inspire is centered on an adjustable spring platform. That lets the owner treat final ride height as part of the suspension setup and leaves room to choose a spring configuration appropriate to the build.
