The CSF 6086 is an application-specific replacement charge-air cooler. Application: 2007-2010 Volvo VHD104F 12.1L.
An intercooler transfers heat out of compressed intake air before it reaches the engine. The core, ducting, and charge-pipe connections work together, so both airflow through the cooler and sealed plumbing matter during installation.
Installation and compatibility
Match the engine and charge-pipe connections to the application below. Inspect the adjoining boots, seals, clamps, and ducting during replacement, then check the assembled charge-air circuit for leaks.
