The Varis Arising-II Track Edition Front Bumper and Diffuser for the FL5 Honda Civic Type R is engineered with a track-focused design that enhances cooling efficiency while delivering a more aggressive, functional aero profile. Built around a comprehensive 7-piece front bumper structure, it's designed to manage airflow with greater precision for high-demand driving conditions. The main body is constructed in FRP and finished with Varis proprietary Carbon+ accents, produced using vacuum molding similar to race car components to reduce resin content for meaningful weight savings and improved rigidity through higher carbon fiber density. Varis' Carbon+ process also utilizes an original, resin-manufacturer-collaborated formulation for increased durability and hardness, then completes the build with post-curing heat treatment to finalize a secondary curing stage for consistent, high-strength results.
