This is a premium semi-titanium muffler that combines stainless steel and titanium tails while retaining the full straight structure unique to J'S RACING .
The main pipe and silencer are made of high quality SUS304 material, and all welded parts are TIG welded by hand. The tailpipe is made of titanium and features a cut-bend dolphin tail similar to the FX-PRO full titanium muffler. Each muffler is carefully finished by the hands of craftsmen, and is a gem of a muffler with a focus on quality.
By setting the main pipe diameter to 60mm, it has a characteristic that emphasizes the mid-high rotation range without sacrificing the low rotation range. The increased torque improves throttle response, so you can enjoy the VTEC engine even when driving around town. When you rev it up to high speeds, you can enjoy the smooth high-pitched sound unique to stainless steel, and on the circuit, the sharp sound increases the feeling of exhilaration. A car equipped with VTEC will make a great sound the moment it switches to the high cam!
The main pipe is 1.2mm thick and the silencer is 1.0mm SUS304 stainless steel. Furthermore, by using an extremely thin flange and reducing the weight to the limit, it is possible to further improve dynamic performance during sports driving, dramatically increasing the potential of the car along with increasing power.
