This is an intake system that combines the genuine air cleaner box with the addition of a "Carbon Duct" and a dedicated "Carbon Air Guide."
Concept
- Add a fresh air intake to the Carbon Air Guide to direct fresh air to additional ducts.
- The additionally machined genuine air box has an intake opening area approximately 1.8 times larger than the genuine opening.
- The shape has been designed to reduce ventilation resistance and not adversely affect the genuine control.
Styling
- Utilizing dry carbon (3k twill prepreg) material, it expresses strength and sharpness.
- The moment you open the hood, it creates an overwhelming presence that stands out from the genuine product.
- Combined with the separately sold Carbon Engine Cover and Carbon Fuse Box Cover, it will further increase its presence.

Carbon Air Guide
- The installation of Carbon Air Guide is a genuine replacement.
- Fresh air taken in from the opening in front of the bumper is guided to the added Carbon Duct through the opening below the Carbon Air Guide.
- The shape of the Carbon Air Guide is designed to guide fresh air through a Carbon Duct, while retaining the look of the Fairlady Z.
- The opening area is approximately 1.8 times larger than that of the genuine air cleaner box, reducing ventilation resistance. (Cutting of the OEM air box required)
- To install the Carbon Duct, use a trim clip to attach it to the air cleaner box.
