H&R Adjustable Sway Bar Kit is designed for 1996-2003 BMW 540i E39 28mm / 18mm Non to increase resistance to body roll during cornering.
The sway bar works with the existing suspension to influence lateral load transfer and handling balance. It changes roll stiffness without serving as a ride-height adjustment.
